Service Animals

Unless your child is getting a service please make arrangements to leave them with a sitter.  This is becoming a problem as we have very valuable art and very private services taking place.  We do not want to have to ask your child to leave!  Thank you for understanding.

Booking Information and Policies, please read!

We are here to offer you the best pedicures in Dunnellon as well as custom picture framing!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

NEW CLIENTS: You will receive a booking confirmation from our booking app, shedul. You will also receive a confirmation the day prior to your appointment. Please DO NOT respond from the confirmation text or email. Text us directly at 352-489-2100 for changes or cancellations.  You will have 2 opportunities to change or cancel in this way. 

Please be sure to read this policy and if you need to cancel, please be sure to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we may give someone else the opportunity to take it.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled within an hour of booked time will be subject to 100% service fee.

Appointments that are made within a 12 hour period (same day) must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or if canceled 1 hour or less than 1-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service amount.

While weI do understand that things happen if you are later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time with no text, call or other attempts to reach us, you may be marked as "NO SHOW" and responsible for 100% your service fee. You will be invoiced and it must be paid before your next appointment booking can take place.
Communication is very important to us and if you text us, time permitting,we may be able to work with you and alter your appointment time and at the same time, be fair to the next client and let them know we may run behind (***Schedule permitting***, we are moms too). Otherwise, your fee of 100% will be invoiced to you AND a 50% deposit will be invoiced to you when you book future appointments.


Cancellations MUST BE DONE BY TEXT at (352)489-2100 with Name, Service and Provider. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to working with you!

Service animals are welcome, however, to determine the difference between a service animal and a pet, we may ask if an animal is a service animal required because of a disability and what work or tasks the animal has been trained to perform.  Please see Florida State Service Dog Laws to see what are considered work and tasks for service animals.  If a service animal becomes disruptive to the normal nature of our business (barking, lunging, urinating or defecating) it is within our rights to ask the animal to leave and the person receiving the service would be allowed to finish the service. 

The service animal must be under the handlers control the entire time, harnessed, tethered, voice control, signals or other means.


Cancelations and No-shows
